Open Space is the primary tool for encouraging change in organizations. Through the use of Open Space, you can invite everyone into the game of culture. The Open Space meeting format uses the power of invitation to develop and transform your organization.

This 1-day workshop provides everything you need to plan, arrange and implement great Open Space events in your own organization. The course is taught by Daniel Mezick, the originator of the OpenSpace Agility framework. Daniel has facilitated or arranged over 30 Open Space events throughout the world since 2009.
